What materials did you use? Recycled 100% Cashmere sweater from a thrift store.

What are you most proud of? First time using the lettuce edging technique and I love the look! Looks great with contrasting thread. Added additional edging to give a more finished look

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure to buy a slightly larger sweater...mine started out fitting me perfectly, so after the wash and dry it ended up too small.

Some great ideas in this class! I love the way this shrug turned out, but unfortunately it's too small for me. I've decided to gift it to my friend. I will definitely be making another for myself. My advise to my classmates would be to choose a sweater that is slightly larger, so once washed and dried it still fits. But I really love how it turned out.
