What materials did you use? An old cotton bed sheet.

What are you most proud of? It fits!! This white cover is sewn on. Now that I know I can do this I am confident to start the actual slipcover! Pictures to come....

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just go for it!

I want that chair! I have the perfect place for it in my living room. :) I've never seen a bed sheet look so smart. I can't wait to see your next cover.

Thanks everyone! I am waiting to get the money together for the fabric. If anyone knows how to get good quality home decor fabric at discount prices please let me know!

Are you in the US and what colors do you like?

I am in Maryland. I like bright, crisp colors (like the Joel Newberry you used), nothing too washed out or dull. For this room I was thinking an indigo with turquoise/aqua and gray and white. Maybe some yellow-green accents as well. So fun to think about :-)
