What materials did you use? Kona cottons, Isacord thread

What are you most proud of? I got better at smaller scale quilting. I used mostly swirling & echo type designs (my favs!)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I used two WOF strips for the handle - I think it's long enough for Rebekah to wear it messenger bag style.

Well done!

amazing, your choice of different patterns go together so well. Beautiful job!

Thanks so much! I went with my favorites - love the swirls!

Wow! You do a great job! I'm going to send you my quilt! Problem solved...haha

Only send me the quilt if you don't mind seeing it for a long, long time! I'm so backed up with stuff to quilt & piece thanks to you & your curved ruler! It was kind of fun to do this dense quilting - couldn't do it on a lap sized quilt or I think the quilt would feel like cardboard.

Wow another stunning piece Darns - I bet your s-i-l will get lots of brilliant comments about it and what a great piece to carry her papers in.

Thanks, Beth! I hope it works for her to carry some stuff when she takes her bike to work.

I agree with mtclifford - I am going to get you doing my quilting as well. I am sure it will work well especially on a bike.

I remember the days when I would buy the fabric, cut, sew & have the quilt done! Then Craftsy happened - now I have too many quilt tops waiting!

I agree Darns - but isn't it fun doing different types of quilts and learning new things - I would never have attempted the quilts I am doing without Craftsy

You do a great Job on these bags I'm impressed and inspired.

Thank you, Heather! These bags are good for a small practice project - doesn't take forever to do.
