This project was made as part of a Craftsy course:
Celtic Cables »

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Clothing

For: Women

Materials

The yarn was my handspun yarn - 100% BFL fiber in a natural oatmeal color.

What was your inspiration?

I had spun up a sweaters worth of yarn 2 years ago and was waiting for the perfect cabled sweater to knit with it. When I saw this pattern, I knew this was the sweater that I needed to make!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Jump in and do it!

Beautiful. I am debating spinning something up from my stash in natural versus getting started right away with yarn. I have a beautiful Corriedale fleece and also some already processed merino top.

Sandy, it sure is nice using handspun! I would vote for that.
