I changed the recipe a little and did two layers of chocolate whipped cream (instead of two layers of vanilla creme fraiche). I also couldn't seem to get the chocolate fans to come out, so I whipped the top layer of whipped cream a little stiffer and piped it on. All in all, it was a fun project. The people at my office couldn't believe I made it!Difficulty:
