What was your inspiration?
A friend requested I make her a Rapunzel cake for her daughter's 6th Birthday.
What are you most proud of?
The hair and the way it turned out, encircling the cake.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Lots of little flowers etc. made out of fondant so give yourself lots of time. I marbellized my fondant. Be very careful not to knead the colours too much or you'll lose the effect.
