Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Ranunculus and filler flowers on a textured white chocolate cake - gumpaste, dusts, 24 gauge wire, used piping nozzles to cut out the pettals.

Hi, I just looked long and hard at Jaqueline's ones, and tried to re-create. Used the back of some piping nozzles and my standradr all-purpose veiner. I still have to work on them - this is a first try, and I have a few ideas for next time. I did look up this tutorial, but have to say, didn't like her end result that much..:

Thanks! White chocolate ganache, just marked the smooth surface with a butter knife whilst turning the turn table at a constant slow speed. Just give it as go, there are so many ways you can do it
