What materials did you use? Batik, Prismacolor pencils, black felt marker, varigated thread

What are you most proud of? I am super happy with how the horse mane turned out. I penciled it in, then took a deep breath and started coloring, then took a bigger breath and went for the black marker. Then I thread painted with two different varigated threads, and finished it off with a little more black marker. This was a drawing I found that was in black and white,, so it was a challenge to come up with color shading.

This is amazing!! So...I'm just saying this bcse you said you did the color from a B&W... Hyper critical...if your light is in the rhand corner ... the rh ear ... the darks need to be on the left hand side. And on a 2nd look...the light seems to come from above. Whatever! I just love it!!
