Saw a similar rainbow Log Cabin quilt in a magazine.

What are you most proud of?

The size - this fits a twin size bed. This is my largest quilting project so far.

You could probably achieve a similar "flowy" effect with a French Braid quilt ... a variation of the log cabin. I bought the book to learn how to make the French Braid, but haven't gotten around to that project yet ... I have a lovely stack of purples just waiting for it, though. One of these days ... :-)

Thanks, that's the look I was going for. This is for one of my nieces that is almost ready to move into a twin size bed. Now, I have to start another one (same colors, different pattern) for her sister.
