What was your inspiration?
I saw a picture of rainbow cupcakes....then thousand more photos. I HAD to try them.
What are you most proud of?
I've had many requests for this combination, I like to bake them in dark liners, so people cannot see the colors until they peel the cupcake.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Use a light batter that you love. The burst of flavor needs to match the burst of color.
