What was your inspiration?

I made a small rag quilt for a friends baby and that started the wheels turning in my brain. I began to come up with different ideas using the rag quilt technique. I have never saw a rag quilt with a boarder so that is how this quilt evolved. I now sew purses, totes, blankets & pillows with this technique.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my wonderful family and my creative nature.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This project can be done by beginner seamstress or an advanced seamstress. Check all the seams after sewing each one. You do not want any gaps in the quilt.
