What was your inspiration?
For my daughter's best friend who has seen a smaller quilt I've made for charity last year and wanted one just like it.... but in a much much bigger size.
What are you most proud of?
Finishing it was quite a challenge since I've quilted it too and it became bigger and bigger along the month.
I like the back too which had to adjust to the increasing dimension required later.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Buy plenty of fabric, more than you originally thought... just in case they like it so much that they want it even bigger.
