What advice would you give someone starting this project? I could not have done this without first taking the course which is excellent.

Your bookmarks are wonderful. So much so that at first glance I actually thought they were a set of wall hangings. Beautiful pieces.

easy or difficult?

I guess it depends! I would not have known how to do these stitches unless I had taken the listed course. But for these you can make a small piece and then cut it into several bookmarks. I think the hardest part was learning how to stitch on the edge. You use a zigzag stitch and catch the thread/yarn so that it is snug. At a corner, you stop with your needle down and on the inside, turn, and then keep going as you catch the corner. It took me a few tries to get this looking good. I like the process of creating as you go ... it's fun!
