What materials did you use? Basic quilting supplies. Insul Bright

What are you most proud of? That I persevered and ripped out some things a few times! This was not as easy as it looked, but I did finish it!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make sure you review how to do things even if you've done them before. I had to work hard to figure out how to do the mitered corners again, and found more help online.

ps what batting did u use?

For this one I used a cotton batting and also a layer of Insul-Bright which is supposed to add some heat protection. I made another one today which I'll add to this posting and used a non-cotton batting, assume it is polyester. Hope that works!

After making one I decided to try another and added it to this post - much easier the second time. Pays to cut out everything before starting assembly, and I made the binding wider which made those mitered corners so much easier to do!!!
