What was your inspiration?
I needed a cute little bag to throw a cell phone and wallet in for trips to the grocery store, etc!
What are you most proud of?
This is my first piece with freehand quilting. I'm still learning to make the sewing machine do what I want, but it's a nice feeling to see the quilting and know I did it on my own.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
My bag came out a little smaller than I originally wished because I just estimated my measurements. I'd be more careful with accurate measuring in the future, and accounting for seam allowances!
