Quilting Big Projects on a Small Machine »

Instructions

Thank you for the very helpful class S. K.

Category: Quilting

Style: Traditional

Materials

quilted a large quilt on a home sewing machine

What was your inspiration?

a blog from AlyciaQuilts. She shared her tutorial for this Quilt of Valor and we used it in our Quilt Guild to donate to this worthy cause.

What are you most proud of?

I finished the entire project on my home machine and I was very satisfied with it's outcome. The course gave me the confidence to tackle a few areas I was insecure about. I have worked on quilts several times at home but I was not always happy with the results. Thank you for the great class.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Start with a small project which you can finish quickly. It will give you confidence to tackle increasingly larger projects. You will gain satisfaction quickly and it will inspire you to keep progressing in your quilting skills.
