What materials did you use? Anita's Arrowhead Block method, the 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" ruler, and my "chunky" calculator.

This is not the normal types of fabric I like to work with but this is for my father who served in the Vietnam war and just turned 76. It was time. Elizabeth is so right on about the math. It took some figuring to center the 2 blocks coming down and I tried to keep equal distance for the 4 in a row. It was a great way to use the extra blocks (was going to make it bigger). Also she was right that you really need to pay attention to the extra especially on a longarm to which luckily I figured in since I was doing the quilting(could have used this class sooner, what a headache). I think my dad will love it and cry.
