What was your inspiration?
I've been making quilled mandalas for a little while now, I love their symmetry and using a variety of colors to create something eye catching and jaw dropping.
What are you most proud of?
I love how it came out, but I was especially happy with how the string looks, I was worried it'd be too overpowering, but I think it acts as a very nice accent to the quilling.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take it slow, take the time to make sure your quilled shapes match up and look symmetrical, you need to make them all the same size otherwise your mandala could look lopsided.
