Aww Thanks Tara :) I too adore this line. This was the first Mom/Daughter sewing project! My daughter who is 8 has been bugging me for sometime to teach her to sew and quilt so I thought this would be the perfect jumping off point! She seamed all the 1.5" strips together using a 1/4 inch seam allowance and she did really good! We only had a couple of times that we had to use the seam ripper. She learned quickly that ripping seams out is NO FUN and that paying attention and going slow really is faster than going petal to the metal and ripping seams :). Thanks for teaching me a new way to quilt that I could easily teach her!

Lovely bag. Your daughter is a lucky girl to have such a wonderful mom to teach her how to sew.
