What materials did you use? Fat quarters from John Lewis, wadding (batting), PVC table cloth (instead of firm interfacing - yikes!), calico (muslin) (instead of utility fabric), self-cover button, red ribbon

What are you most proud of? I'm really pleased with how this hand bag turned out, especially as I used some 'creative' materials. I made this for my Mum's 60th birthday present - fingers crossed she likes it!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is my third QAYG project - it's so much fun. Plus you get to use fab fabrics in small quantities so it's an excellent stash buster.

Very cute! I'm glad you found things to substitute for the hard to find supplies!
