1. Cut a 8-1/2 X 11 sheet of orange card stock in half to create two A2 sized cards. Score and fold.
2. Cut a white square slightly smaller than the front of the card. Ink edges with black ink pad. Adhere to card.
3. Cut a square of orange polka dot paper slightly smaller than the white paper. Ink edges and adhere to white paper.
4. Stamp a birthday hat onto blue paper with black ink.
5. This is the part that takes the longest. Use an embossing marker to color in two stripes on the hat. Sprinkle with red emboss powder. Heat with emboss gun until melted and set. Repeat this step with orange emboss powder. Then with white emboss powder and lastly with yellow.
6. Cut out the hat in a square shape and round corners.
7. Stamp sentiment "put your party hat on" on blue paper and cut out.
8. Cut a short piece of scalloped chip board. Paint white and let dry. Apply glue & glitter the front of the chip board. Let dry.
9. Adhere blue square with hat to card. Adhere scalloped chip board embellishment to card. I used glue dots to make sure it holds well.
10. Adhere sentiment "put your party hat on" to chipboard.
Inside:
1. Repeat steps 2 & 3 above for the inside. It's easy if you just cut these out at the same time as the front squares!
2. Cut out a square of blue paper and round corners.
3. Stamp "Happy Birthday" with emboss ink pad, sprinkle with emboss glitter powder, & heat with emboss gun to melt/set.
