Materials

Used materials/pattern from Connecting Threads for the brown and aqua purse and a local quilt shop for the purple purse.

What was your inspiration?

I recently got back into sewing and quilting. I joined a local quilt guild and started looking at a few projects to start with and this has been one I have completed recently

What are you most proud of?

Proud of the fact that I returned to such a great hobby and can share my talents to others and pass on a great hobby to others

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

be patient. I had to start over on a few seams as I was in a hurry to complete something to show at my quilt guild and I rushed and sewed part of the purse incorrectly so had to re do it and start again. : - ) needless to say I had to wait till the next meeting to show the project due to my rush to get it done.
