Step One: Take a piece of 8 ½ by 11 piece of cardstock and measure it to 5 1/4x 3 ¼ and score it at ¾ on all four sides.
Step Two: Crease along the score lines with your bone folder, and cut the flaps up to the ¾ inch scored line.
Step Three: Place two small pieces of sticky strip on the back side of each of the small flaps.
Step Four: Peel the backing off of the small flaps and stick to the inside of the middle flaps and set aside after all the adhering is completed.
Step Five: Take your designer paper and measure it to 4x12 and place sticky strip on the bottom of the designer paper.
Step Six: Now just like you would the box and the bag you’re going to Peel off the sticky strip backing, making sure that the bottom of the side pieces are aligned with the bottom edge of the box. I started it about half way on the side of the box it seems to end up better at the end with the seam near the back of the bag at the end then I used sticky strip to adhere the designer paper to the other piece. Carefully bring your edge together on the bottom, and also up the side of the bag.
Step Seven: Now you need a strip of cardstock 11" x 1”, and you need your Scallop Punch.
Step Eight: Scallop punch the whole strip of cardstock.
Step Nine: Add 2 strips of Sticky Strip on the back of the scalloped piece of cardstock. Wrap it around the bag keeping the bottom even with the bag bottom. Start the strip at the back of the bag seamed edge.
Step Ten: Now, cut a piece of cardstock to 1x11 or size of your choice for the handle of your purse and adhere this with glue dots, adhesive, or brads.
