Pattern Info

Pattern info for this project can be found here:
Purple Stitch Project Ninja and my own pattern

Instructions

I did not want to use safey eyes for fear that the younger children might play with them also. So I stitched mine one and they still look good.

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Toy

For: Charity

Style: Cute, Whimsical, Funky

Materials

I used Red Heart SS in purple and white. Size 8 (US) needles. A few have safety eyes the rest are sewn on using black RH, SS. I was only able to get 7 done for this year.

What was your inspiration?

Being able to pay it forward is important for all of us. Children need to know that other care about them even if they have a problem with anything.

What are you most proud of?

I am very pleased that I made this Ninja and then wanted to make my own pattern. A first for me. Yet I thin it turned out well. I know that the children that are given these will be able to enjoy them. Plus they can be washed in the washer and not fall apart.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Purple is hard to work on without the right light. Watch the eyes..

Thank You. I just noticed my spelling was way off on this post. The keyboard I am working with is being replaced. LOL
