Mostly wool self-striping sock yarn
What was your inspiration?
I'm very fond of purple, and self-striping sock yarn is always such a mystery because usually I d on't know what it will look like knitted up.
What are you most proud of?
This is my first pair of toe-up two-at-a-time socks. Again, I only marginally followed a pattern, and it got me into trouble as the leg part of the socks aren't quite wide enough around. Sooooo...a pair of slouchy socks is born!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Sometimes a learning experience is still semi-functional!
