You may not need a walking foot. I sewed this hoodie on my new-to-me Bernina 830 Record, without a walking foot and it feeds nice and even. MUCH better than my old Kenmore did WITH a walking foot. I lucked out and found this vintage Bernina on Craigslist for $165. If you come across one, grab it, run....and don't look back. ;-)Difficulty:

I picked up this fleece fabric in the clearance at Hancock fabrics for $3 per yard. It cost less than $10 to make.
What was your inspiration?
I love my leopard hoodie so much I had to make another. There will be at least one more for me. Then I have to make a couple for my daughters for Christmas. No problem since we all wear the same size. I can reuse the pattern and these sew up in an evening.
What are you most proud of?
That I am getting back into sewing after being away from it for nearly 20 years.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
You are going to LOVE it!
