What was your inspiration?
I wanted a sweater that could handle to cold mornings and warmer afternoons with ease. This sweater is convertible because you can remove the front piece and it instantly becomes an elegant cadigan with button trim. It's washable and dryable and always looks great. Terrific for work or blue jeans in a casual situation. I love the total versatility of this sweater!
What are you most proud of?
I allowed my fear of rejection to rule my decision to try to design for the public. That has definitely changed! I am designing full time and enjoing every minute of it. Most of my designs have been well received and sold well. This is an amazing experience and although my business is still in it's infancy, I look forward to more success
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just enjoy it! The stitches are easy, the sweater works up well and there are enough stitch changes in logical places to keep it from being boring to work on. Then enjoy the fruits of your labor and enjoy the wear!
