What materials did you use? Lots of quality fabric scraps. Hobbs 80/20 used for the batting and machine quilted with an allover fall pattern of leaves by: laugh yourself into Stitches* You can find a link to my longarm quilting blog here; http://chezstitches.blogspot.com/

What are you most proud of? The awesome use of scraps!!! I love fall colors and have many fall quilts in my home...which equals tons of scraps!!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have fun!

Love this - do you recall the names of any of those fabrics? The colors are perfecto!!

I used cottons...but flannels would be so wonderful! A few of the fabrics were homespun. The most important aspect of selecting fabrics is the contrast between them. I have asked an online shop to prepare fabric kits for this pattern. It will not be the exact fabrics, but very similar. Follow my blog here: http://chezstitches.blogspot.com/ and i'll announce when the kits are available. Should be early next week. :)

And did you use cotton or flannels or a combination of the two?

Have you brought out a kit yet?

Hi Lynne, The online quilt shop that was going to make up kits for Pumpkin Spice unfortunately could not. I don't think they had enough variety of fabrics. I have a request out to one more online shop and she will be getting back to me next week. If She is unable to do a kit, then i think one can easily choose Layer Cakes or charm packs.
