A "g" hook and random leftover worsted-weight yarns.
What was your inspiration?
I bought several stitch dictionaries over the summer, and I wanted to play a little with a pretty puff stitch, and also get rid of some of my massive stash of leftover yarns.
What are you most proud of?
That I finished it. Haha. It was one of those "playing with yarn in-between projects" kind of things that tend to go on forever and ever until you say, "Okay, enough. I'm done." LOL
I'm thinking about mayyyybe adding a border, but then I don't want it to look fussy. This is just pure fun, fun, fun!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun! Pick a fun stitch and some leftover yarns, and just make something while you practice. My next thing? To create a fun cowl with a multitude of stitches from a stitch dictionary, like a fun chick on Ravelry just inspired me to do. :)
