I used a medium weight interfacing and boxed the bottom of the bag. Instead of leaving a hole on top to turn, I left the hole in the bottom of the lining and hand sewed it up using the blind stitch.

What was your inspiration?

I am trying to find project bags that I could make for my Etsy shop. These bags are very popular for on the go knitting projects.

What are you most proud of?

I love the color selection.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Make sure if you piece the drawstring together to press the seam open to distribute the bulk of the fabric onto both sides of the seam.

I like how the bag sits up, how much of a 'box' did you use?
