What are you most proud of? my three children....they inspire me to keep learning and growing as a person.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Great for a shared project with kids and you can make HEAPS of them on a shoestring budget. Imperfect stitches don't matter as it's meant to look a little naive.

Thanks for all the lovely comments. There isn't an "actual pattern". My daughter just fussy cut the material (you could use any material with a nice print on it). I then layered batting, the backing fabric right side up, then the printed fabric wrong side up. Sew them together, leaving a small gap for turning. Turn it out through the gap, slip stitch (or if you're lazy like me, just machined it) close. My daughter then craft glued the pegs onto the "mini quilts", then stuck the magnetic strips onto the back of the pegs. You could use this for any scraps of fabric or all the scraps from quilts to make a mini quilt magnet I suppose. I've given a table runner quilt to a friend with a coordinating min-quilt magnet wrapped up and tied with coordinating ribbon (just use the strip you've cut to straighten the grain from the material you used for the quilt). Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos!

Absolutly adorable, I think I'll make up some with an Easter theme for my MS group!
