What was your inspiration?
My inspiration was the Valentines project. I wanted to make something simple but cute. I have made the fabric Valentines post cards that you send in the mail. So I thought a fabric cards would be nice this time.
What are you most proud of?
The simplicity of the whole project.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Grab some fabric scraps and iron on some fusible adhesive. By using the iron on fusible adhesives you can make any shape and fuse it to to your fabric. Makes a simple, clean project. Even the kids can make a special card. Just have them put the shapes where they want it and have an adult iron it down. Grab a fine tip fabric marker and they can even personalize it.
