Instructions

This is the third time I've made this bag. The first bag I used Decor Bond (fusible) for interfacing/stabilizer as indicated in the directions. I wasn't happy with the cellulite look it gave the fabric.
The second bag I used a heavier sew-in pellon, I don't remember the number. I liked it better but it was rather stiff.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

As far as I'm concerned, the third time was the charm with this pattern. I like the first one I made and have been using it as my main purse and the second was a gift for a friend. I absolutely recommend the Soft and Stable for purses and bags like this.
