That is so cute! Is this your own patter? How did you get such a dense design on this stretchy fabric without the puckering?

I got it from www.blastostitch.com and added the letter K using my embroidery software. I use cutaway as stabilizer and I don't hoop the oneside directly. I only hoop the stabilizer which has a sticky side and then I place the fabric on top of that. Look up hoopless machine embroidery for a picture. Also you got to be very careful to not let any of the fabric fall onto the stitching area. Onesies can be a pain to embroider.
