Very nice what did you use for your top tier
The top tier is White Velvet tinted pink, filled with cherry buttercream, covered first with "spackle", then cherry buttercream and covered in pink fondant. The quilted look was achieved by having a little more buttercream than normal so that when the sugar pearls were added I could push them in for a "tucked" look. I did all the line work by hand for the quilt. The tiara is made from fondant. It should have been gum paste but I was out, so I added a small amount of gum tex to the fondant. It really should set for 48 hours, but I only had 24. The different piece of the tiara were added using royal icing and the pink pearls were hand made. You can't see it, but I extended the pearls at the base of the tiara out so that it could be worn if the child wanted too, however, I don't believe she really could have since it did not truly have the amount of time required to dry. The "frill" right at the top is nothing more than small 5 petal flowers cut from "tie dyed" colored fondant and attached with royal icing and pushed on in the center with a small balled tool. After I took the pic I realized I could have done a lot more with the base layer, but I was running very short on time.
