Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I have used a cream cheese frosting with white chocolate in it to cover the cake. The flowers were made with royal icing. The borders, garlands, and leaves were done in buttercream.

Hi Krystl, the icing is creamy white chocolate frosting in Rose Levy Beranbaum's Heavenly cakes book. And the white border was done with an all vegetable shortening buttercream.
