Used Moda Layer Cake - "Lovely" by Sandy Gerva is...brought over from Australia with me. Warm batting and backing from Connecting Threads in blue and white flowers.
What was your inspiration?
The fabric....made my daughter a Ds9 patch with this fabric and just loved it, so made myself one with the LC in the same.
What are you most proud of?
That it turned out OK despite the fact I sewed it up the wrong way! Jeannie Allen did the machine quilting for me in flowers and its just lovely, thanks Jeannie.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Read twice, sew once!
