What was your inspiration?

I wanted to try my hand at designing baby clothes. Most of my patterns are baby afghans, and I loved the color combination in my Dogwood Blossom 8 to 16 Pt Round Ripple afghan - available here: http://crochetbymonica.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474977688297. I had a lot of fun making this and look forward to designing more baby clothes in the future.

What are you most proud of?

Completing my first baby clothing pattern!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This is an easy item to start with if you are new to making baby clothes. Change the hook size to get bigger or smaller size dress.
