This was from an online (non-Craftsy) class. I included a link to the website for Deborah Moebes (who runs the class). It was a great way to improve on my quilting skills... I learned so much. I do recommend checking the comments prior to making each block as there were a few times I avoided making a mistake by reading what others had done.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I was inspired by Elizabeth Hartman's Craftsy class on pieced backings to put the stack of coins strip on the back!
What are you most proud of?
This is my first large quilt and I learned so much going through the process of making all the blocks, piecing the back, basting, FMQ, and finally binding!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be afraid to try more advanced skills even if you are a beginner. I tackled Y seams and curved piecing in this project! A sampler quilt or a pillow is a great way to try out a new technique and improve your repertoire. Same goes for FMQ. This sat unquilted for a while because I was afraid to quilt it because my FMQ is not that great. Guess what the best way to improve is... practice! Guess what did not help me improve at all... having the quilt basted and folded up for 3 months! LOL!
