What was your inspiration?
There have been several requests for the patterns I've used in making crocheted items for the new baby who will soon join our family. I design much of my crochet as I work, and I've never written down any instructions. This time I wanted to design a pair of Mary Jane booties that I could recreate with a pattern and share with others.
What are you most proud of?
It took me several days and countless little practice booties, but I finally wrote up my very first crochet pattern!! The Mary Jane's are cute, too. Now I just need to find more babies to put their cute little toes into all of my practice booties. lol
