What materials did you use? Cotton materials, insul-bright batting, warm cotton batting

Bindings I decided, are not that easy, so after a few of these, I have come to understand (keep in mind I do NOT sew AT all lol)....with more practice on that and some REAL study on cutting properly and paying attention to my 'dimensions', this is turning out to be LOADS of fun!

Thank you Judy. These really helped me learn about my machine and the 'basics'. I did 5 of the pot holders and 5 of the mitts. Each coming out different than the other lol...but it really helped.

I just finished watching the class. It is the best class I have taken. I knew how to do many of the things you showed but you also had so many others . I really enjoyed this very much. It just reinforced what I knew and also gave me some new ideas. Thanks for a great class. Jackie in Michigan

Love that!! Did you use a pattern? I am just working on my first quilt. Would love to make some of these to practice what Mimi has so graciously taught.
