I wanted to learn how to do free motion sewing.

My stitches are interesting. I look forward to building on what I have learned so far.

Practice, practice, pactice! Enjoy.

Beautiful, how do you color in your flowers and leaves. Do you paint them, or do free motion on them?

I first did the quilting and then I used fabric markers to color in the leaves and flowers. Next I did additional stitches with a variety of thread on top of the painted areas. The background and border quilting was the last step.
