What materials did you use? cottons, cotton thread, a little embellishment

What are you most proud of? I'm getting better at putting on binding, this little piece was good practice.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I used 2 layers of cotton batting between the front and back, I think I'd consider another layer or perhaps a thicker batting than what I had on hand.

I have never heard of it. Where do I find something like that? Thank you for sharing this tip. I usually jump into things without the proper material and then find out what I should have done. I'll find some and try again. Thanks.
