If you are using buttercream are you adding meriange powder to ur recipe to assistant with the thickness of the frosting, or just more powder auger? Less sugar??? It just amazes me how wonderful it looks and that it actually stays..

Hi Debaorah, I used buttercream to cover the cake but then added white fondant. Then, I added the ruffles and "glued" them to the fondant with water... Hope that helps! Thanks for looking!
