I sew the Ponchos and Capes out of Blankets (100% Acrylicc). For the binding of the hems of the Capes I used bais binding,
What was your inspiration?
To sew something I could make some money with and to provide visitors with something unique to take home. My other inspiration was to make something to wear in the cold.
What are you most proud of?
I succeeded in my dream. I sewn and sold a lot of Ponchos and Capes this year and I am really proud that people like it.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Practice make perfect.
