What are you most proud of? Love the way that the lace patterning worked with the striped yarn.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? This was great fun1

I love it!! I love the way the lace pattern works with the yarn too! Did you plan ahead or decide as you go... I hope that's not a silly question ;) I'm a new knitter and am always amazed at what beautiful things people create and how they do it!

Thanks for your compliment. I just decided as I went, and it basically is a happy accident. Have fun with yours.

Thanks! You give me inspiration! :)

Your "happy accident" is beautiful. Perfect choice of yarn. This really makes me want to take the class. Thanks for sharing.

Just a query. Is this the Poems sock yarn or their worsted 100% wool yarn? I have so much sock yarn in my stash that if this is sock yarn, I may well try to use it up doing this. It is beautiful!

09/23/2012 Flag

It is neither! It is the Poems wool/silk blend. I actually bought it on Craftsy as one of their deals.

Thanks Francie. BTW what weight is it?

So beautiful! Must agree with the others. The pattern works extremely well with the yarn. Well done!
