Pocket Bunny

Make It

This project was made from an independent Craftsy designer's pattern:
*Pocket Bunny »

Instructions

Just enjoy making it!!! Easy and cute.

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Toy

For: Charity

Style: Cute, Traditional, Whimsical

Materials

Made the special little bunny with Hayfield Velvet Soft discontinued yarn.

What was your inspiration?

The bears that have been designed by Gypsycream. After I successfully created her Huggable Bear, I was encouraged to try some of her other patterns and now I own them all! Gypsycream encouraged me and helped me through some things I could not understand and she was always there. Her delightful designs and their ability to "tell" you how they want to look and whether they want to be a girl bear or a boy bear are the most entertaining patterns I have ever worked with.

What are you most proud of?

I did it!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Take your time, and just enjoy the process of whatever design you choose. There is no rush to be done and a mistake is no great big deal because you have no gauge to worry about and it does not have to fit! The fuzzy, furry yarns and boucles hide mistakes also which is nice! They are a bit harder to get used to but oh my they do make the most beautiful toys.

Well, obviously, I don't know the difference between a rabbit and a bear. This, I have been informed is the Pocket Bear! Oopsy! Oh well, have a look at it too because it is also wonderful to make.

lol! Donnie your Pocket Bear is delightful and so is your little dog, adorable. Now if I could capture that in a knitted form I could retire!!
