|Here are some details about my project:|
|Yarn Weight||Aran (10 ply)|
|Style||Whimsical, Cute, Classic, Traditional|
What materials did you use? Rowan Scottish Tweed DK for the Gray Bear. Madelinetosh Vintage "Gilded" for the Gold Bear. I increased the needles to US 4/3.5mm for both bears. Worked out fine! And, I added a pair of short-row elbows to the Gold Bear. Now he looks ready to party!
What advice would you give someone starting this project? Simply pick a yarn you like and follow Pat's excellent instructions. Enjoy it - don't rush. Knitting isn't a race. You'll love your little project once finished. Take no time at all. Chain-stitch eyes when item is for a child, like the Gold Bear.
