Ouch! That looks delish! Was the Elote new for you too! We did it on Easter, and everyone, including grandsons thought it was great. Was not able to talk anyone into the lime mayonnaise, except my daughter. I thought it was fantastic, and have already picked up more corn for the weekend!

I think the lime makes it!! You could try just a couple of drops of fresh lime juice right on the corn, too.
