Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I wanted to try the straight knife pleat technique and thought I'd make this cake for fun! It took me a few hours finish but it was lots of fun! The flowers are gum-paste and fondant whereas, the gold detailing is modelling chocolate. I also wanted to try out a few molds I bought over the weekend for some detailing so, I thought it would be perfect on this cake! let me know what you think :)
